Farm Shares & Community Supported Agriculture
The Food Project provides locally grown, fresh-picked produce for purchase through our 20-week CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) share program. You can partner and support our farmers by purchasing a CSA share in advance of the harvest.
All of The Food Project's vegetables, herbs, and flowers are grown using sustainable growing methods without chemical fertilizers or pesticides.
Youth in our summer Seed Crews help grow and harvest the produce. Our mission is to create a thoughtful and productive community of youth and adults from diverse backgrounds who work together to build a sustainable food system.
Double your SNAP Benefits!
We are pleased to be able to accept SNAP benefits as a payment option for our CSA. This payment option allows us to expand access to our weekly shares of farm-fresh produce for our customers.
Made possible with the Department of Transitional Assistance, for every dollar in SNAP benefits you spend on your CSA share, you'll get an extra $1 in your SNAP account, to spend anywhere you like on SNAP-eligible foods! Click here for more information.
